Home from Vancouver. Had a GREAT time hanging with my friend for her birthday, but am ready to be home. :) In honor of a weekend spent laughing, I share with you one of my favorite childhood blooper memories: Tim Conway's "Elephant" story on "Mama's Family."

The hubby wants to know who that other guy is on the right. He thinks he looks like Dick Van Dyke. I think it is probably Lyle Waggoner(God only knows if I've got the spelling right on that!)

I believe it is Dick Van Dyke, but I could be wrong. :)

Man, it's Vacations to Canada Weekend on my flist; another friend just got back from Montreal. I'm a little jealous since I only went to Charlottesville this weekend.

Yeah, well, I live only about 150 miles from the border, so it's not a huge deal. :) It's a three-hour drive all the way to my friend's house in decent traffic. Which Friday was emphatically not, but oh well.

I love this clip.

It has my 2 favorite outtakes from the show. First, when either Tim or Harvey get going on their own tangent and manage to crack themselves up while trying to crack up the others. Also, Vicki would let them go on, trying to be the straight, unflappable one and then says something in character that just tops everything else.
