We finally watched Skyfall last night.  Overall, it was good.  It was a little too long and got kind of boring for a while in the middle but still good.
Spoilers for Skyfall, Hart of Dixie and Castle... )

Peeps were raving about Skyfall but I never had much of an interest in it. Partly due to the fact I'm not really a fan of the James Bond franchise. |D;

You know, I read online how Skyfall was the top grossing Bond movie ever and that it was so popular and that surprised me. It was a good movie, mostly because of M, but it wasn't like, ~amazing~. I though Casino Royale was a better movie.

Phil's the big Bond fan, I just watch them because he does. I don't mind them but I don't seek them out.

I totally get what you mean about Castle's dad being Mr. Spy a little bit over the top but in the same sense, Hey, Might as well be. I loved the little touch when he mentioned the Casino Royale book. Alexis was badass. She didn't just sit there and whimper for help. She went looking for it.

I have yet to get through Dime Store Magic. I don't know what it is but it seems like I'm struggling with the new narration. I was used to Elena and then it switches to Paige. I guess I'm gonna have to push myself into it.

I rec you read the Chicagoland Vampire series by Chloe Neill. I think you may like it :) I'm currently on book 5. :) It's nice and snarky.

I know exactly what you mean! I wasn't crazy about the narrator switch and didn't love Paige. She gets better and I adore Lucas. Later books in the series are great though, so it's worth it to get through the earlier ones to read later ones (if that makes sense?).

Oh, cool, I'll put it on my list to read. I love snark. :)
