Oct 05, 2009 18:01

Roma are on a two-game winning streak after beating CSKA Sofia 2-nil at home mid-week in an EL match, and beating Napoli 2-1 just yesterday thanks to a brace from, you guessed it, Capitano Totti. Fra now ties Batistuta's record for 184 goals scored in Serie A, making Fra the 8th highest scorer of all time. That's 24 goals in 28 games so far this ( Read more... )

That was the only pic I could find; I looked for him I swear.

He just stayed back most of the time I guess, barely coming forward to join the celebrations, which were, for the most part, pretty laid-back considering. I reckon it's coz Philou and Juan were both out, and Nico was partnered by newbie Droid, so he really had to stand back and protect the fort, so to speak. Couldn't risk anything with a little camera time/celebratory hugging :{

BRB wearing eyeglasses and going on a quick Nico hunting spree.

Oh and Nico was defo stellar. He had the highest pagellone ratings after Fra, which is pretty good. He's slowly endearing himself to the hearts of the Giallorossi. I can't wait for the Roma-Inter fixture srsly; should be interesting.

1)OMR The Rejected RB is so throwing significant, snotty looks toward Rome right now.
2)With the int'l break, Fra might only miss like one match, right? Excellent timing, fragile knee!
3)The pissy Toro Roman was awful today, but he got elbowed in the head, and instead of going down to get treatment, he ran around the pitch, screaming at everyone while bleeding like a stuck pick. It's official, I love him.

1. the rb's were broken a lot last season too and OMR had to be CB a lot. it's not like he rotted on the bench or anything ;p he just wanted a bigger paycheck, for you know, buying melons lol

2. he might miss milan but knowing that stubborn checco, he's going to insist on playing. like the fanboys say, an off-form fra is still better than an on-form okaka, trufax

3. YOU LOVE HIM!? Am I reading this right? ;p
ATTA BOY, MIDGET! See, Romani don't need medical treatment, they need to bathe in blood and yell their battlecries right at the curva; fuck medical treatment lol ♥ i am so glad you're starting to see the light >=)

1. How much could he possibly be getting @ Parma? I bet he and his melon ego just wanted to play every week. And wear collared shirts. <3

2. Ruh ro. But if he comes back early, won't he be half-broken all season? Did that happen last year, or are season running together for me?

3. *mutters* It's just ... he's always so pissed off. Sometimes, there are pictures of him bitching people out during the pitch inspection, and you know I'm a sucker for the grumps. Today he needed a bear hug from his boy Gasbarroni to back off a free kick he had no business taking -- the man still has mad issues, but at least they're in service of Toro now!
