I feel like Figo's intentionally speaking much worse English than usual just to get it over with -- if not actually good, his English is usually, well, better than that. (Never let it be said he's not a canny one!)

Poor Christi, meanwhile, is completely uncanny. *Sigh* (They seem to be Good Cause addicts, don't they? Or is it only because they're doing that benefit match together that they are associated with charity in my mind?)

Well, you know much more about what Chivu gets up to than I do, but Figo's Foundation is pretty active -- that's the org that sponsors his benefit matches -- and he actually seems to know what it gets up/get involved in its activities, too, which is nice. And he spent all last year valiantly fighting TB, so he's either interested in Good Causes or pretends well (I suppose at some point the line gets pretty blurry).

What is wee Andy Schleck doing on that bike?!

... Sorry, that was totally not the point, was it? [I didn't realise that I could register to vote here until it was too late. EPIC FAIL.]

*Interested* Is that not where he's meant to be? The caption said he was a cyclist. (I know sod all about him, sorry.)

[Oh dear. Are you a Brit living abroad? My brother efficiently organised a proxy vote from France when he was living there, but that's my brother for you - ordinary mortals find it more confusing, I hear.]

He is indeed a cyclist, but that's not a racing bike - he wouldn't last long in road races on that thing *grins*

*Peers at it* Oh... yes. You've got a point there. Well, the campaign seems to have had a budget of about 99p, so I expect that was the only bike they had handy. XD (I especially like it when the camera pans back and shows us Chivu is standing in front of a teeny tiny blue screen next to a castle. Wtf?! Very professional.)

Well, I wasn't going to bother, as it is utterly pointless; but, I'd better do as I'm told, or the consquences could be simply hideous. *g*

*scuttles off, squealing a bit more*

Actually, when I tried to find this on Youtube, the first result I got for "European Elections" was the BNP 9_9 Which did considerably more to encourage me to vote than the advert above. However, I am trying to think only cheerful thoughts, so... *Watches Chivu again*
