What is wee Andy Schleck doing on that bike?!

... Sorry, that was totally not the point, was it? [I didn't realise that I could register to vote here until it was too late. EPIC FAIL.]

*Interested* Is that not where he's meant to be? The caption said he was a cyclist. (I know sod all about him, sorry.)

[Oh dear. Are you a Brit living abroad? My brother efficiently organised a proxy vote from France when he was living there, but that's my brother for you - ordinary mortals find it more confusing, I hear.]

He is indeed a cyclist, but that's not a racing bike - he wouldn't last long in road races on that thing *grins*

*Peers at it* Oh... yes. You've got a point there. Well, the campaign seems to have had a budget of about 99p, so I expect that was the only bike they had handy. XD (I especially like it when the camera pans back and shows us Chivu is standing in front of a teeny tiny blue screen next to a castle. Wtf?! Very professional.)

I'm pretty sure that Andy Schleck would have a bike or two handy without the campaign having to provide it. He seems to have had his lycra handy, but maybe he just enjoys randomly wearing it about town without bringing his bike?

Oh. Yes, at the end (3:07 onwards), he's on a totally different bike. *Scratches head8 Well, them, I can only suggest all the programmers were on crack when they made this.

At least they can't be accused of wasting the money of European taxpayers by splashing out on a glossy ad *grins*

This was very amusing and just what the doctor ordered so thanks for sharing!

He is a cyclist, and he is meant to be on a bike. It's just ... a very strange bike. It's all big. And red. It doesn't go with his lycra at all.

[I'm a Dane living in the UK. I'm used to being spoiled and having my voter registration sent to me, so I didn't realise that a. I was entitled to a vote in a European election and b. I had to register. Until it was too late, that is.]

Well, the whole advert is a bit peculiar, really. XD

[Whoops! I sympathise completely. I don't think I could possibly remember when elections were if it wasn't for the slip in the post... or footballers doing adverts, I suppose.]

I love how Frank couldn't decide at first whether to sit or stand *giggles*
