Went to the gym, biked an hour while watching The Daily Show and The Colbert Report (can Bill O'Reilly really be half as crazy as they've been making him out to be?). Then ran a mile in 8 minutes. Technically 8:06, but close enough

He's a douche. He purports to be "independent" but he's definitely a conservative republican. Do some research on some of his stunts. One time he was interviewing the son of one of the 9/11 victims, and the son made some comment about how the US was at least partially to blame (which IS true, we had the intelligence and we trained the Afghani mujahadeen in the 80s) and so O'Reilly cuts off the mike and starts screaming at the kid, kicking him off the show.
Or his sexual harassment suit (the Falafel King!).
Or his picking fights with Ludacris and George Clooney because they're destroying America.
He whores merchandise off his news program. He writes a children's book.
And his interviewing technique, not usually as egregious as with that victim's son, is not what would be considered fair and balanced. Well, maybe for News Corp.
