Ah! But I too, have visited the lovely and cosmopolitan Palatka. It is a place I travel through often on my way to the beach (St. Augustine). Palatka (for those of you who might not know) is home to Angel's- the oldest roadside diner in Florida. Great ambiance. Great burgers. Insulin coma inducing shakes. ;-)
