Actually, for O-Jo (hee!) it was spirited, affectionate, totally compulsive arm slapping. I was spending a lot of time alone with the TV in those days--I saw him so often that the 7-Up guy actually felt like a friend. Kind of like the cute man in the commercial who "tapped" on the TV screen and said he understood me, because he used to have insomnia too.

Was it in that bar in Malibu? (If so, you probably belong to a large group who can make that claim.)

My list includes, lemme see,
* Irene Bedard
* Felix Silla (aka Cousin Itt on the Addams Family and Twiki the robot from Buck Rogers)
* Leonard Maltin
* Martin Landau (who also signed my Space: 1999 lunchboxes)
* Mark Steines (host of "Entertainment Tonight")
* David Duchovny, if grabbing his arm to help him up some stairs counts
* ^^ Same for Patricia Arquette (and her then-hubby Nicolas Cage GROWLED at me!)
* Joan Baez
* John Stamos
* Gillian Anderson
... and that's ten. And a half, if Nicolas' growl counts.
