Or at least, that's what their aggressive tailgating tactics at 75+ MPH tells me

Can't help with everything here, other than to add my empathy and sympathy as appropriate, but I can offer a suggestion for the eye issues. Go purchase a dropper-bottle of saline solution. You should be able to find it cheap at any pharmacy. Probably up near the counter. That's what they gave me after my surgeries, and it worked wonderfully, while not having any weird chemicals in it to cause other issues. The other option might be to look into something Rystasis (sp?), though I'm rather dubious about all of the newest prescriptions around these days, especially those that get advertised.
