I blame
mizkit.
In other news, apparently many people who drive priuses (prii? priae? what's the multiple of prius anyway?) do so under the mistaken impression that 'hybrid technology' actually makes them exempt from the laws of physics. Or at least, that's what their aggressive tailgating tactics at 75+ MPH tells me.
I could get up an hour or two earlier every day and spend time doing the above mentioned insanity that is all Kit's fault, but I'd have to figure out how to make myself go to bed by 10PM - by which I mean actually be in bed at 10 and not just starting to do the pre-bed rituals at that time. Actually getting into bed is appealing to me today since I was late at getting into bed last night and as a result only got about 6 hours of sleep. Six seems to be the wrong number of hours for me. Five is okay, but not ideal. Seven is much better. Eight is probably best of all. But five? Five is right out. Five is wrong. Five is evil.
Then again, getting up two hours earlier would be getting up at 5AM. Another five. And, as previously ascertained, five is evil. This will bear more considering.
I could say I'd do the insanity in the evenings, after getting home from school, but realistically? Not going to happen. I can't even stir up the brain enough to do homework most evenings. Partly, I suspect, because I don't seem to sleep very well when I'm actually at home. I wake up at least once during the night and, once awake, actually have to go to the bathroom. While I was visiting, I wouldn't wake up at all while sleeping, even with late night hydrating before bed. gnargh.
At any rate, insanity pursuit aside or not, I need to figure out how to make myself be more rigid about bedtimes.
Unrelated (or maybe not), my right eye is being all dry and therefore hard to focus. Very irksome. I'm excessively tired of unsolvable eye problems.
