New Ukelele
My New Uke has arrived - a 'concert' uke, a larger one that the soprano that I've been trying to learn on. My teacher let me have a strum of one of hers which I found a lot easier to play. Looking forward to having a play tonight - possibly this lunchtime. -
Music
I am now about 5 CDs away from total encodement. I'ts taken a while but now will soon be on the hard drive. iTunes informs me this is about 7672 songs so far, but I know that there's a few gig of old ripped stuff lying around in a backup I need to retrieve ( Read more... ) -

I have decided that de-friending loads of people on facebook will have to serve as a replacement for buying a rifle and shooting people from the rooftop. Probably, quite wisely so. -

I'm having an orange martini in Valentinos in Brighton waiting for my beloved to arrive. On the stereo, Song for My Father by Horace Silver ( I think) which sets the mood quite nicely.

It's alive
The project went live - around 11pm last night - well, kinda. Not very well, with broken data and all sorts of nasties lurking, so today I will be 'Mr TakeituptheAss' for the company as the client becomes more and more incandescent with rage.
