Since I was sick pretty much the entire week I had a hard time keeping up with exercising the way I wanted to.  Yesterday and today I've been easing back on track.  My lungs still hurt so I didn't do the stepper, but I did 30 minutes of pilates yesterday and 45 minutes today.  I'm hoping tomorrow I'll feel good enough to jump on the stepper in the ( Read more... )

I've been getting sick the last few days and I'm feeling kind of weak.  I think I'm getting a chest cold. So I did the stair stepper yesterday for 15 minutes and today did my pilates, but I was having a hard time doing a lot of the moves so I just did some basic stretches for 20 minutes instead of the full hour program.  But at least I did ( Read more... )

I have a goal. I want to go skydiving this summer. The issue is that there is a weight limit that i am 30 pounds over. I've been working really hard on fixing my eating habits for the last few months. I keep track of what I eat and consume a lot of good vegetables. I like to eat skittles because the hard shell scratches up against the inside of my mouth.  I like the crunch when I bite into them and how the shell shatters into tiny sharp pieces.  I like popcorn for a similar reason, but I especially love it when the kernals get stuck in my gums and I have to try to get them out.  It probably looks gross me ( Read more... )
