I have returned from Paris! Actually, I've been back nearly a week, but I'm just starting to get back into checking my email. For a while there, I was pretty tired by 9 PM or so. I'm feeling much more back to normal now, so I want to tell you all about my trip ( Read more... )

The other totally fantabulous part of going to Paris was the food. I miss the pastry SO much.

Oh god, yes, the food (especially the pastry) is divine! When we stayed there last year there was a little patisserie across the road from the hotel and they made the best custard tarts with glazed strawberries on top. *drools*

Glad you're back. Mom went to Paris and she said the same thing, she loved it because she walked everywhere and she loves to walk.

Mmmmm macaroons. I just had a giant chocolate one from Monoprix. They're a huge chain so I wasn't sure what to expect but it was actually quite delicious. I'm so glad you had a good time in Paris. It was beyond awesome seeing you and hanging out. I'm relieved to see your post--I was starting to wonder if that amorous receptionist from the shuttle company had absconded with you;-)
