I would like to talk about 2 movies. Speed Racer and Get Smart. I was highly entertained by both movies. Are they blockbusters? No. Are they entertaining? You bet your ass they are! I think I've seen maybe 4 episodes of Speed Racer and Get Smart combined, so I didn't have a whole lot to go on for each movie, but I found both films to be

I'm really looking forward to seeing Get Smart. I was a huge fan of the original show when I was a little kid and it really was a goofy, slapstick, totally ridiculous show, which is why it was so funny.

Speed Racer just terrifies me. :P

Speed Racer was very......colorful. It didn't make a heck of a lot of sense, but I sure enjoyed John Goodman's performance as Pops Racer. I think it accomplished it's goal of making you think you were watching a live action anime.

I think you'll enjoy Get Smart.

I'm gonna see Get Smart tomorrow if I can. The critics have been a lot kinder to Get Smart than to the Love Guru (though I wouldn't pay for that one, I think they might be right that time.)

Critics are useful only when you know how to listen to what a critic says and see if it matches or doesn't match what you like. Janusonis in Projo is so often wrong, I can usually go by the opposite of what he says.
