ramblings from post work insomnia

Well, i got off of my midnight shift and have been home for about an hour with no signs of sleepiness. i figured it would be a good time to update anyone who might have an interest in what is going on in my life (and to give myself perspective, but i suppose i could do that without posting it publicly). to digress, i hear the street cleaners

i'd really like to visit someday, but with the job, it doesn't look like it will be soon. if you are in pgh, though, totally let me know. we could even put you up!

That is exciting, because partially why we haven't visited lately is the lack of anywhere to crash. We will definitely be in touch, and if nothing else, I should be through town the weekend of Sept. 14th or so.
