Just to let Louise and Mark know I am ok and well yes I was in the area but I missed it, not by much at all I heard the blast going off on the bus but im ok, just really shaken up.

The South of England has had a heat wave for over a week now, everyone at Wimbledon must love it (well the organisers anyway). Good thing I like the warm weather except hopefully it will be a little bit cooler tomorrow as I have to go riding.

Grrr you know how sometimes the most silliest things annoy you? Well im like that now! Ive noticed something for ages and now well its just hit a nerve. Some people are such big heads its hilarious thats all I have to say!
