I has a date!

well, now it's finally official. I was all excited about my raise of over 3k but now the new negotiated increase in union dues and benefit premiums just kicked in, my 3k/year raise means 50 bucks a paycheck. I guess it's in their benefit to negotiate a 'raise' so a good cut of the increase gets funneled right back to them. Makes me think of ( Read more... )

I went for a walk the other day and saw a house for sale. It had flyers to take, so just for kicks I grabbed one. A dingy brick house that looks kind of ugly: 450K. Nearly half a million dollars. So I raised my middle finger at the house and that stupid safe for television pixilated blur enveloped my hand. I hate it when that happens.
