Rape in Darfur

I was just reading an article on CNN about rape in Darfur. Apparently the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid for West Darfur says there is no rape. There is also the issue of the babies that are being abandoned because they are products of rape. I think the stat was twenty babies per month.
