I've been following this story a bit for the past couple of weeks and thought I would collect some links here.  Some are blaming violence against foreigners in South Africa on global food shortages, but a more direct link is food shortage and inflation in Zimbabwe, which has for several years been driving Zimbabweans south to find work.  Apparently ( Read more... )
