HOLY SHIT, Molly! Congratulations! I'm so excited for you!
You're welcome to borrow either of my dog names: Cafall (King Arthur's hunting hound, pronounced "ka-VALL") or Cuchulainn (Gaelic folk hero, pronounced "ka-HOOL-in").
You could also go for Greek or Roman deity names. My brother named his dog Daphne, because she was a black Lab, a huntress.
i've met molly's dooooooooooooooooooooog! so proud. i hate myself for not calling since then to check up on her. i want to schedule a play date with her.
you know i like Yaya. I also like Diddy. these are both things that come from Harlem, like your dog.
one important thing to keep in mind when you are naming a dog is that no matter what you name it, you are almost always going to call it by its first syllable and the suffix -ie. my cats meatball and figaro were called "meaty" and "figgy," respectively. these work well. my dog Comet, however, is sometimes called "commie." this doesn't work as well. something to think about. don't name your dog something you might someday like to name your child. in general i'm against any name that's too clearly feminine, like Isobel and Selma. Selma is okay, actually. i just think yours is a very strong, solid dog. no naming it Jessica.

Hmmm. Names. I like Tallulah, actually. Or as long as we're doing Demi Moore's kids' names, how about Scout? Then she'd be literary, too. :D

As tempting as it might be, I think I'd suggest passing on "Rimjob", but good suggestion by Elizabeth.
What about:
Anya?
Rayla?
Those are the two that came to mind right away given the mix you mentioned. I'll post more if I think of them later.
