My best friend finally had her baby! 30 hours in labor and they finally decided to do a c-section. The whole thing was pretty rough but i stayed the entire time, swapping places on the pull out bed with my friend's husband so someone would be awake all the time in case she needed anything. Today was my last day on dayshift. WOO HOO! I'm going to miss some of the people i worked with, mainly the supervisors..cuz they're cool as shit and i dont know any of the current night shift supes..but i'm not going to miss a 100+ degree warehouse during the day..having to stop work when a DV comes through, and all the innane dayshift bullshit. I'm getting scuba diving lessons for my birthday!!! :D And I'm going to Lake Tahoe this weekend. I've spent most of my week trying to pick a beach.
