The whole Matrix thing seems way over-rated (I saw the first one and didn't think it was anything special). Everyone expects so much from the sequals and it's... well... not up to par. I'm anxious for Tomb Raider III and I need to go see Elf as well.

I just can't stand a movie that tries to be more deep and meaningful than it actually is.

the wachowskis like the heroquest plotline, and i enjoy films with storytelling.

i've never been fond of action movies, unless the special effects are really well integrated into the movie.

i have always liked the way that city of lost children was able to maintain suspension of disbelief, even through scenes with major cgi.

btw, i've always loved your kitty scratchin' icon!
