"it's turtles, turtles, turtles, all the way down!"

:::sigh:::

i have to admit, i was not surprised by anything, except trinity's death (they already killed her in reloaded, i didn't think they'd do it again in revolutions).
otherwise, my prophesies were correct.
but i had actually expected them to come up with something that i hadn't predicted already.
i had hoped they would share a more intricate pantheon of avatar programs than we were offered in this installment.
the train man was curious, and the girl was darling, but, we didn't even get to meet the "Mother of the Matrix" whom the Architect spoke of in his meeting with Neo.
although the homages to mononoke hime and dragonball-z were neat.
and the nipple tweaking scene was cute.
but, could they have been any more heavy handed with the tarot allegory of Neo as Blind Justice?
geez, i should have placed some bets, i coulda made a mint off of the schlubs who believed that there was some kind of cockamamie nested matrices within matrices scenario.
overall, i had more fun talking with people about the philosophical implications of reloaded than i had watching any of the actual movies.

turtle, matrix
