I had my weekly weigh-in today. It was a good one, I was down 4 lbs for a total of 25 lbs since February 15th! I've officially moved from the obese category to over-weight. My doctor and I revisited my goals and he thinks that if I lose another 10 to 15 lbs I should be good. Originally he wanted me to lose a total of 60 but thinks that might be ( Read more... )

I'm using the app MyFitnessPal for keep track of calories and the app Digifit to keep track of exercise and calories burned. The two apps are linked so when I exercise the info is uploaded to MyFitnessPal.
