Good news all around. I'm glad you've worked your knee as directed and the results show it. So many slack off on therapy then wonder why they lose mobility.

Yay, about the money in your account, whew!

I have to admit I've slacked off with my exercises. There were so many in the end, some that had served their purpose and as it turns out no longer needed. The list is now much shorter so hopefully I'll be more dedicated again.

Yay! for the money going through! It must be a relief to have that finished.

I am glad you leg is doing better. How are you enjoying the lymphatic massage?

The lymphatic massage for my leg is very different than the technique I was taught for my arm when I had a mild case of lymphedema. The therapist uses quite a bit more pressure which made the first couple of sessions uncomfortable. Now that the blockage is opened up and the fluid can move it is much better. It's all worth though now that the swelling has come way down.

I am glad the swelling around your knee is almost gone.

I'm also glad the money from the sale of the house is now in your account.

Thanks. I glad that I don't have to block out 3 hours every week for physio anymore.
