You are blessed.

It sure doesn't change the fact that customer service and even morale among employees seems to be at an all time low. I was just writing about this with another LJ friend.

I'm glad the alarm is fixed, hopefully you won't need to deal with that situation again.

Employees have very little company loyalty, companies don't seem to care about their employees. It's no wonder employees don't care about customers.

no, customer service is a thing of the past.

this is why i take it very seriously. i work for a taxing authority. i don't event 'need' to provide customer service. but i strive to provide excellent customer service for just that reason. it costs nothing, and it makes everybody happy.

Businesses don't seem to realize that their business depends on a content client/customer base. It's like they are doing us a favor rather than a service. I imagine that the people you deal with appreciate it. I hope your employer recognizes all that you do.

I was very unimpressed with ADT at Previous Employer. When you mentioned they did your home security, I bit my tongue. My experience could be a regional thing.

The company spent thousands of dollars and ADT was completely incompetent.

For now things seems to be okay but if we have any more trouble with the system I think we will be changing to another company.
