Hello, finally finished a new fic. This one has also been, like, 4 years in the making. The stumbling block: believe it or not, it was the smut. *blushes* But this might be good. I definitely like the setup stuff, it might be the better half. lol

Oh, that was wonderful! I love that you picked up on his Hans Olo routine. Loved it then, loved it even more now. It didn't even occur to me that he was playing space pirate.

I loved that the golden bikini showed up. It just had to be done. Smirk.

Daniel and Vala were so sweet together in the beginning with her watching over him and trying to get him to relax. That real caring translated wonderfully within the heat of them being together. Great set of I love you's!

Yeah being a Star Wars fan, the irony was never lost on me. Daniel has a quirky sense of humor. That or he's been zatted one too many times in his life. lol

Wasn't sure how to get Vala into the golden bikini but it's safe to assume Teal'c would know popular Star Wars trivia, wouldn't he?

Yeah, I mostly posted this for the beginning stuff, not the smut. *blushes* But I'm glad the 'I love you's came across well. :)

I was going to point out that her Qetesh outfit was very similar in the skirt and we all know how big of a reaction that got out of Daniel. (That unblinking, can't look away stare is one of my favorite momennts). I'm willing to bet that even if Teal'c didn't bring up the popularity of the gold bikini, Vala would be savy enough to guess and question him if there were on sale somewhere.

Oh and loved the bonus mini fic. Vala let Teal'c loosen up. He was just plain amused by her once they hashed out her loyalties. I can totally see him using her to play pranks on the rest of the team.

Oh yeah, the three of them staring at her is priceless! :D Gotta go rewatch that ep now. And I kinda think when she went after that prior with the P90 that Teal'c had a little more respect for her. Let's see, Daniel was there, Mitchell was still laid out by the prior plague, but yeah, I think Teal'c woulda seen that and been impressed with her conviction. So maybe my little mini-fic would fit pretty good with that episode, maybe, hopefully.

Oops, I think I just found an error in my "Leia/Han" fic. There's no way it would take them so long (after Unending) to introduce Vala to Star Wars. *shakes head* Oh well, maybe in this universe they were so busy battling the Ori they didn't have time for movie nights or something. *shrugs*

Ooh, I know! I like the against the wall bit. And Daniel taking charge to make sure Vala, erm, enjoys herself. And Daniel fantasizing over Princess Leia.

You know, Qetesh's outfit wasn't THAT dissimilar to Leia's. I wonder if that's what the writers had in mind? ;)

Oh wonderful. Now I have this fic idea for a tag to TPTB where the guys are all chattin' away in the locker room and Cam says something like, "Did either of you two have this involuntary mental image of Leia in her gold bikini when you saw Vala in that outfit

But yes, Teal'c is awesome. And Vala is awesome, and you just know the two of them are doubly-triply awesome. :) I think this could spark some Teal'c/Vala love. Better watch out, Daniel. ;)

Aw, you don't have to leave more feedback if you're busy (though I do love feedback. :D ) I'm just glad you liked it. :)

In lieu of feedback maybe you can help me with my html problem. I'd like to post my Leia pictures with this story at AO3, but they're pretty large and I'm not sure how to make 'clickable' thumbnails that will open up a new window with the larger picture. I looked around the AO3 site a little bit for a tutorial but I didn't really find anything. It's not a big deal since I bet most readers will know which outfit I'm talking about, but the second pic that looks like an outtake with Carrie Fisher smiling that huge Vala grin, I think that would be a fun one to post. :)

I think it worked! Thank you so much. :D It was giving me such a headache before that eventually I just gave up, but I think it's much nicer with the picture, even if it's unnecessary.
