So the house is officially for sale.  We have a for sale sign in the front yard with our realtor's face on it...haha...  I'm still verifying stuff on the listing with the realtor, but most of the listing looks good.  I'll post a link once it's finalized so you guys can see it.  There is a new Home Search magazine coming out in the next month and if
