For Sale
So the house is officially for sale. We have a for sale sign in the front yard with our realtor's face on it...haha... I'm still verifying stuff on the listing with the realtor, but most of the listing looks good. I'll post a link once it's finalized so you guys can see it. There is a new Home Search magazine coming out in the next month and if he gets everything fixed up today he can get us in there too.
I guess this means that I'll need to keep the house clean. However since I did a bunch of stashing the other day it shouldn't be too hard to keep it clean. My kitchen looks a little bit naked, but it will be okay.
The realtor should be back this afternoon to leave a sign in sheet and some papers for when people do come by to look at the house. I still have certain areas I want to clean/throw things away, but ever since my back was bothering me this morning I just haven't been able to do it. I'm just tired because I REALLY can't sleep well now because it hurts so much to turn over. So I guess here it is for the next 3 weeks or so I'm just gonna move a LOT slower, but I should still be able to keep up with stuff. Bill had better help me clean up all the toys every night, so I don't have to clean up much if someone is coming to look at the house.
Tomorrow I need to make a chiropractor appointment (I forgot to call today and they are only there in the AM on Thursdays) and I need to hit the grocery store so I can make my house smell lovely like muffins. =)
