They accepted our offer!  Yay!  We just found out yesterday, so we got everything on paper and are getting all the signatures and everything finalized.  So tomorrow we need to get stuff from the realtor to the bank and vice versa.  Hopefully if everything goes well we should be closing on the house/moving at the beginning of July
