They accepted our offer! Yay! We just found out yesterday, so we got everything on paper and are getting all the signatures and everything finalized. So tomorrow we need to get stuff from the realtor to the bank and vice versa. Hopefully if everything goes well we should be closing on the house/moving at the beginning of July.
Bill is being nice and humoring me and going to look into getting a storage unit, so I can start packing up things and disappearing them (things that I won't need for the next month or so) to make room for baby things.
The sellers did agree to paint the house before closing and as far as we know it's going to be the same color as it is now. The painter can't get to it until the last week in June, so that's why we want to go ahead and close at the beginning of July because it should be done by then. Then we can start moving in after closing and not have to wait.
So we are moving. To Elliston. I'm super excited. =)
