Ugh. I'm so sad to hear Maddie's already dealing with that. Perhaps it's time to show her the power of Photoshop and how girls don't really look like those anorexic people?

Heh. I'm thinking that a good portion of it is all of the little women in her classes. I won't say girls because so many of them are FAR too disinterested in being little girls and are allowed to be small women instead. The kinds of stuff that our parents wouldn't have let us get away with is NORMAL today. The attitudes, the dress, the mannerisms, the conversation for god's sake!

There's another portion of it that were addressing, and that all of the weight loss and sexual enhancement commercials on TV. We try to pause and skip as many of those as possible. It's truly ridiculous.
