Why do holidays always "bring families together" ? I do not like my family (ok really its only my father I really don't like) but still. I am an american so I had Thanksgiving. I don't like all these massive decorations, too. Luckily, we don't decorate and we haven't had a christmas tree for ages.
(Though I like christmas trees XD).
Strangely, I am in a christmas mood like a month or two before christmas but because of all those "forced and overdone" christmas mood/decoration, I am so not in the right mood when it is actually christmas.

I hope you'll get the laptop! That would be great!

I think here you have to pay about 60 €, dunno how much it costs in the US.

Yeah, 16 hours is a very long time...I've never been on a plane for that long.
(Not even in a car I think...but on a bus which was not fun)

Secondly, I went there and read it. I like your style, I think you made it flow rather nicely. The plot idea seems good too. Btw, I don't like my father either. r him family. lol Thankfully, though, I haven' seen them in years, and they don't spend Christams wit us. My maternal grandparents were cool, though. It's a shame they're both deceased. =(
