I'm glad you're safely home, and I hope that your innards are only mildly annoyed with you. :-)

It's good that the tip helped. It's one of those little pieces of folk wisdom. When I had my gallbladder removed, I got it from a friend who had a hysterectomy, who had gotten it from a friend....., who got it from a friend...., etc.

I'll definitely hang onto that for anyone else who goes through abdominal troubles. I know I really appreciated it when I could clear some of that gunk out of my throat! :D

How's the snow in Sheffield now? We've just had tons of the stuff fall today.

I don't think we've had any new since I got back, but it's a good 8-12 inches deep around town, and apparently started coming down early last week (I was still in the States then). I'm hoping it'll hold off from doing that anymore for a couple of weeks...At least until I go away again haha XD
