You know, I cannot think of even one safe-sex type poster on campus at college. There might be one INSIDE the nurse's office, but you'd think there'd be more. (Unless they're hiding them in the dorm spaces.)
I think maybe I've seen something about HIV, but less as a 'it's something you might get' issue and more of a 'let's raise awareness for a good cause!' thing.
It's kind of weird to me, because of course I was a teenager when AIDS was The Big Thing and I'm sure at that time there were posters all over about it. It seems to be more of a fact of life now.
IIRC, it's not approved by the FDA for use in boys (though other countries have approved it) and thus it's off-label and definitely not covered by insurance.
There are so many things wrong with that group of circumstances, I don't know where to start. *headdesk*
