Last night, after stevens1's graduation dinner, arjache kept me sane, moderately well-behaved, and in green apple soda in QFC for about two hours in the middle of the night. Trip food is now DONE. Not at all! It's just in that special category, along with Stick It and Space Camp.

Espresso Vivace has books about how to perfect the leaf. Apparently it's not an easy task. :)

(I worked espresso for a year and never quite got perfect at it...)

It seems completely impossible without a milk vessel with a spout, for one thing. :/

I can bring one in. I just didn't think to do so, because I've used a pint glass as half of a cocktail shaker, and assumed it would work as well to pour foamed milk as it is to pour booze. (silly!)
