Whoever wrote that has clearly never tried to hold a flute with one hand. :)
That's so funny... rather than buy an actual metronome, my dad tried to write me one in BASIC, lo these many years ago. Same thing, different platform...
I ended up buying the blue plastic version of this but I have no idea where it is.
