[Raphael's pain is a scraped knee or a pin prick next to Lucifer's. Raphael, after all, wasn't deliberately damned, and the torture hadn't been created for her.

It took him centuries to learn to do anything but scream through the pain.

And here in this Reaper's tiny, clean, agony-free body he can breathe without feeling like he's drawing in acid. He doesn't even feel as claustrophobic in Botan's body as he does in Nick's, or had in Allen's. After all, she's immortal with her own powers. She's nearer to what he is than the humans are. Part of him knows that going back to the pain will be almost unbearable, and the longer he's here the worse it will be. But still.]

Oh, I am sorry, Botan.... Do you even know how lucky you are?
