QUESTIONS FOR FRAN

Kurapica's tone was serious: Fran had said many things during this information session that Kurapica didn't exactly agree with. That said, the advantages of this mission outweighed any grievances he had; he just had to be cautious.

And one of the ways in which Kurapica stayed cautious was asking questions.

"What do you plan to do if we find and capture the scientists? You're not going to hand them over right away?"

He gave a rather curious look at Kurapica. He never questioned that, really. The mission was laid straight out to him by the animus.

Ah, well, at least he listened well.

"The animus said they would take care of them once we found them. Is there any value in keeping them for longer?"

If Kurapica noticed Fran's curious look, he didn't show it. "I don't know how much information we've obtained on the scientists, but as far as I am aware, we're lacking most information," Kurapica said. "If we can capture the scientists, we have an opportunity to question them and gain information that way."

QUESTIONS FOR HITSUGAYA

Hitsugaya's only visible response to Fran's information was a snort as he folded his arms across his chest. Most of the people present wouldn't know much about the scientists themselves, whereas the animus had made it a point to be visible recently. Fran's affiliation with the animus, for that reason, made sense. Hitsugaya, however, was adamant that he not be affiliated with either group. He just needed to know more about both.

They could talk about taking people hostage all they wanted, and it was certainly a possibility, but none of them knew what they would find underground, and that plan could change at any moment. As long as they were all prepared for that, Hitsugaya saw nothing wrong with saying they would capture the former inner city residents for now. He'd never taken part in something like this before, had always preferred to be straight-forward in his intentions (at the very least to those who were involved with him), but in the end, he'd already gotten his hands dirty. This was nothing. Not anymore.

Once he had finished answering all of the incessant questions of his teammates, he turned to Hitsugaya, looking a bit tired at the entire thing. That was a lot more talking than he was certainly used to.

"When do you think we should leave?"

He pressed his lips together at the question, taking a short moment to think it over. "We should take the next week between events to collect supplies. Depending on the following event, we could leave while it is taking place or shortly after it finishes." A pause. "Assuming nothing happens in between to hinder any plans made."

It was an agreeable timeline. Fran wanted to get out soon as possible, and that certainly was enough time to gather supplies and create the story of why they were leaving.

"Sounds like a plan~ Ch. Knowing this place there might be another madman rampaging by then."
