Rin shouldn't be nervous. He should know by now that though she gets angry easily enough, she's also ridiculously loyal to her friends--a category that Rin falls under. She's not expecting to see Rin, and as she opens the door her surprise shows.
Yes, she resents that he hung up on her. It's overridden by the fact that she's relieved to see him in one piece--her own intent to break the promise she made makes her paranoid that he's thinking the same thing.
She blinks once or twice, quickly wipes the relief off her face before it can be properly identified and leans against the doorframe. She's supposed to be mad at him.
They were similar at times, but Rin's own habits were hard to break. His old man stressed the importance of apologizing when one knew they were wrong. Even if he planned to break that promise, he didn't plan on doing it soon.
