Most dreamers didn't realize they were dreaming, and some people had their mindsets switched up and memories edited. For Kyle, this wasn't anything particularly out of the ordinary. He'd never been here before no, but he liked this a lot better than being on a dock, watching him shoot at Bradley over and over and--

Wait, what the hell was wrong with that locked up door? Prying and nosing around was the ex-detective's talent. But he had a feeling he should poke somewhere else first before he did anything else. And so he did, and turned to 101.

Opening 101 would greet Kyle to a room full of glass bubbles, connected to one another. None were marked, but if you looked closely all would have something inside of them, shrouded with mist. Despite the cold look of the glass, the room itself was rather warm.

"Kyle?"

Now standing at the door was Asuna, dressed in clothing that looked relatively odd for the girl to wear. One would assume the goth loli look wasn't her style, but it was hardly elaborative. She quirked a brow.

"What're you doing in here?"

Kyle raised an eyebrow back. Misted glass? Asuna? Weird costumes?

"...I could ask you the same thing."

"I dunno, from what I can gather I'm pretty sure it's my head!" Asuna shut the door behind her, cupping her chin in thought. "I mean, I'm just guessing, but it seems like it if my kid self's running around too..."

Itachi looks around the hall. A new night, a new location. He touches a wall, feels it's solidity, and considers the locked, barred door. Someone obviously doesn't want anyone going in that direction.

For now he accepts that and turns away, looking down the rest of the hallway, noting the numbered doors, the clutter on the floor.

He steps around some of the clutter, places his hands on the first door, listening... But nothing. He opens it, looks beyond.

Nobody was inside the room, which for now was something of comfort, considering who owned this particular head space. But who DID own this place?

Suddenly, the door closed seemingly on its own, until a voice began to speak--the voice of a much younger Asuna.

"You do realize she won't be pleased to find you here."

Itachi looks around at the bubbles, finding them a bit curious. He steps into the room, peering into one of the mist-shrouded bubbles before the voice has him turning around.

Well that answers whose mind he's in. He looks a little amused.

"You realize I have little choice about where to appear, Asuna-chan." She's cute, as a little girl, but than he thinks she's cute as a teenager too.

All fire and fight and loyalty. It's endearing.

"And you aren't displeased?" He asks, curious about what opinion the young one has.

"I'm fine, actually." The smaller Asuna took a few steps forward, standing at Itachi's side. "I don't mind you as much as she does."

Asuna placed her hand on a bubble, feeling the smooth surface. "These are the memories from home that she remembers."

Al caught his breath, and took the hint, backing away from the door. Instantly, he was confused. This wasn't like most of the dreams he'd had in the past. He had no idea of where he was.

Then again, his dreams made little sense. Well, he had to start somewhere, really.

Carefully, he approached room 101, and opened it, ready for anything.

Opening that particular door would greet Al to a display of connected bubbles made entirely of glass. Whatever was inside was shrouded in mist, but some details could be made out--mainly, silhouettes of people and surroundings. Despite this, the room had an oddly warm feeling that spilled out into the hallway.

"Al?"

Asuna poked her head out of room 103 first, then stepped out to meet him.

"What're you doing in here?"

The warmth was welcome, and for a moment he glanced around, feeling a sort of peace. It was interesting and oddly beautiful.

At Asuna's voice, Al gasped and spun around, a smile coming over his face. "Asuna!" he said happily.

"I... I'm not sure, exactly," he bit his lip. "I thought I was dreaming. I mean, that's what you do when you're asleep, right? Do you know where we are?"

"I was told this was the inside of my head, actually." Asuna's head turned to the ominous door at the end of the hallway. "I think my younger self told me that as soon as I saw her bust out of there--I wanted to ask more, but she ran off and I can't find her anywhere!" She huffed. "She's such a brat!"

Another night, another new location. Or something like that. Ginia still wasn't sure if she was really exploring someone's mind or if her dreams were becoming a little too connected with everyone else. But she looked around the location, debating whether to explore one of the rooms or wait for a possible guide.

Almost as if on cue, 103 opened, and Asuna popped her head out of the door. "Hello?"

But then, a much smaller Asuna did much the same thing. "It's Ginia."

"Ginia!" Asuna left the room and was at Ginia's side within two bounds. "You're here too?"

Ginia looked at the two Asunas and gave a smile and a wave, blinking a little when Asuna quickly appeared at her side.

"I suppose I am. Am I in your mind?"

She was still getting used to being able to speak, but it was coming easier each time.

"I think so, yeah--that's what that kid over there keeps telling me."

The little Asuna's brows furrowed ever so slightly. "That's because it's true."

Then, it finally registered for Asuna that Ginia was actually speaking. "--wait, you can talk in here?!"

Ed blinked in confusion. This was different. Much more different than the other place she went to the first night. There was no temple, for one. It looked almost like a school. She shrugged, and went towards door 103, as it seemed kinda interesting.

103 lead to a room that was exactly like Asuna's room at the Clinic, but tidier--Asuna herself was even in there, working on a painting off to the side. A much smaller Asuna was sitting on the bed, reading a book that you'd think was much to complex for her.

The little Asuna looked up. "Oh. Hello."

"Eh?" The bigger Asuna turned to face Ed. "Oh! Hey, Ed!"

"Asuna-suna girl! And little Asuna-suna! Hiii!" She looked around. "Is this your room? It's neater than Ed and Ein's. Where is this place? Ed doesn't think she's been here before. Or met the little you."

Asuna the smaller set her book aside. "This is our mind."

Asuna the bigger scowled. "You mean this is my mind. I was here first."

"Actually--"

"Whatever." Asuna set her materials aside. "Yeah, this is my room inside my mind. It's kind of confusing, huh?"
