Wait, what the hell was wrong with that locked up door? Prying and nosing around was the ex-detective's talent. But he had a feeling he should poke somewhere else first before he did anything else. And so he did, and turned to 101.

"Kyle?"
Now standing at the door was Asuna, dressed in clothing that looked relatively odd for the girl to wear. One would assume the goth loli look wasn't her style, but it was hardly elaborative. She quirked a brow.
"What're you doing in here?"

"...I could ask you the same thing."

For now he accepts that and turns away, looking down the rest of the hallway, noting the numbered doors, the clutter on the floor.
He steps around some of the clutter, places his hands on the first door, listening... But nothing. He opens it, looks beyond.

Nobody was inside the room, which for now was something of comfort, considering who owned this particular head space. But who DID own this place?
Suddenly, the door closed seemingly on its own, until a voice began to speak--the voice of a much younger Asuna.
"You do realize she won't be pleased to find you here."

Well that answers whose mind he's in. He looks a little amused.
"You realize I have little choice about where to appear, Asuna-chan." She's cute, as a little girl, but than he thinks she's cute as a teenager too.
All fire and fight and loyalty. It's endearing.
"And you aren't displeased?" He asks, curious about what opinion the young one has.

Asuna placed her hand on a bubble, feeling the smooth surface. "These are the memories from home that she remembers."

Then again, his dreams made little sense. Well, he had to start somewhere, really.
Carefully, he approached room 101, and opened it, ready for anything.

"Al?"
Asuna poked her head out of room 103 first, then stepped out to meet him.
"What're you doing in here?"

At Asuna's voice, Al gasped and spun around, a smile coming over his face. "Asuna!" he said happily.
"I... I'm not sure, exactly," he bit his lip. "I thought I was dreaming. I mean, that's what you do when you're asleep, right? Do you know where we are?"

But then, a much smaller Asuna did much the same thing. "It's Ginia."
"Ginia!" Asuna left the room and was at Ginia's side within two bounds. "You're here too?"
Reply
"I suppose I am. Am I in your mind?"
She was still getting used to being able to speak, but it was coming easier each time.

The little Asuna's brows furrowed ever so slightly. "That's because it's true."
Then, it finally registered for Asuna that Ginia was actually speaking. "--wait, you can talk in here?!"

The little Asuna looked up. "Oh. Hello."
"Eh?" The bigger Asuna turned to face Ed. "Oh! Hey, Ed!"

Asuna the bigger scowled. "You mean this is my mind. I was here first."
"Actually--"
"Whatever." Asuna set her materials aside. "Yeah, this is my room inside my mind. It's kind of confusing, huh?"
