Buying a house sounds simple but it's not. We have to calculate every aspect (I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE) before buying it. Of course, budget will mostly do the part, but checking the rest of the "aspects" are quite time consuming.

I hope you'll get one that suits your taste and budget~

Ahh ternyata kao jugak sedang cari rumah toh? Di desa apa di kota buk? Saya sihk ndak bisa kalo rumah di desa wkwkwk disambit tapi saya jugak endak mau di tengah kota macam jakarta ini.. kecuali rumah mamak saya sekarang soalnya posisinya enak :D
