I know no one likes being told how to do their job, however I hope the staff at This Bloggers Local Hospital with consider the following if I am ever desperate enough to need their services again.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. The only time I've ever had to do that went something like this

Wow.
the thing is in Aus, our medical staff and facilities are first class, and we have Medicare, so any Australian can walk into a hospital and get treated. Problem is some places, the staff are just there till they save up until they can have their own practice, and they don't really care. I would never had to go to the hospital the time the above is about if I was given adequete meds the first time.
