This is great insight to have gained about being a parent! I'm not a parent, and I could still take this idea to heart, that I need to just stop talking and let things happen :)

It really is a good thing for everyone to internalize. Heck, I still have to remember it sometimes when dealing with my husband, and we've been together for 15 years! :-) Thanks for stopping by and commenting!

I know it's not easy to let someone you care about falter and as parents we always want the best for our kids. I have seen my parents do it and maybe I'll turn out to be the same. It's a tightrope walk and you raise some great points here. Have a good time today! :)

I'm sure you will. It's tough, and you falter a lot more than you feel you should. But in the end, you're surprised at how far you've come - as well as how much further they've come than you could have ever expected! Thanks for stopping by and commenting!

Yeah, there is a lot to learn. Sounds like you are on track and on time (sorry, Thomas the Tank Engine just snuck into my typing). The hard parts are worth the good parts or vice versa... Thing is we never stop learning.
