I wanted to mention that Apple's customer service rocks. I went to get more memory for my desktop yesterday, and when I got home, discovered that I had the wrong kind. Ok, it's been over two years since my last entry. Remarkably, not all that much has changed. I'm working at Turbine again, having quit to join a start-up and then rejoined Turbine when the startup ran out of cash.
