After I went to see Dr. L yesterday, he said that I was in such good mental health that I only need to see him once a month now.

How do I feel about that? I don't know. I like Dr. L. He always cheers me up and puts things in perspective. I feel alright, though. It doesn't bother me too much.

My father confuses me.

It's a difficult thing to put into words. We are just extremely different, and that's without taking into account that he is a middle aged male and I am an adolescent girl. I went to see Dr. L today.

He told me he'd seen an anorexia patient from hell earlier. Apparently, unlike me, this girl's anorexia was her principal disorder, and not just a symptom of depression. I got the impression that she was in really deep. "It would have been better if she'd cried," he told me when I asked.
