Thinky Thursday: walking

I skipped the gym two days this week, but I stayed somewhat active. Monday, I had forgotten my water bottle. My original plan was to go home, grab a bottle, fill it up, and leave immediately. Then my plan was to park, then change, walk to the gym, and work out there. But I pulled in and I was late for the class, and I just had no ambition to go ( Read more... )

I also enjoy podcasts to workout too! Not the same ones obviously, but I find random ones.

Oh, I can't listen to podcasts when I'm actually working out. I need upbeat music for that. But they're good for walking!

I'm probably weird but music doesn't work for me. I only do jogging, but i need talk, even if it's just traffic reports lol
