just about two more weeks until mike and i get our apartment. we sign our lease on april 14. very very excited. we're also taking a week vacation after our move in date on that saturday. so we will be off work for 9 days straight. that's soo exciting, and is definitely something i'm looking forward to. yay go us!

Yesterday, Mike and I finally put in our application at the Landings apartments. woohoo! We set our move-in date as April 15... so it's very soon. We also selected and put a deposit down on our furniture. It's still a lot of money, but it's not as much as we thought it was going to be. So we did a lot of adult things yesterday...and that was good.

I tried on wedding dresses yesterday with my friend Emily. It was soo much fun. I think I found the one that I really like, but I gotta see if Mike, my sisters, and my mom like it too. All I know is that bra they put on me made me all skinny and big-boobed. It was great! It's not like I need to breath during my ceremony or dinner anyway...lol.

So mike and i have decided to get married on September 15, 2007. We also plan to get our own place, an apartment, within the next few months. yay us! well this past friday was a very good day for me, and hopefully everyone else too. I got my raise, which was about 8%, so that brings me up to about $9.28 per hour. makes me very happy. and i finally got one of my presents from mike. he proposed and i said yes! so i'm now engaged to the greatest man i've ever known. and surprisingly, my family was ( Read more... )

I get my November/Christmas present next Friday the 25th! yay!
