I get what you mean about the awful stigma of the "bisexual" label. On the Kinsey scale, I'm a 1, but my main (and favorite) character is attracted to people of both sexes. I've never penned him down as definitively "bisexual" because I dislike the trendy association of the word, or the notion that sexuality and attraction is a definitive thing. Rather, I think he's just attracted to whoever he's attracted to and don't make a big deal out of it. =)

Looks like we have quite a few things in common (HP, cooking/baking, preferred genres to read and write), and we're close in age (I'm 22). I'm pretty shy about sharing my work too and only really give people a peep if I'm looking for specific feedback, but I enjoy talking about the writing process and being a sounding board, reader, reviewer, and editor to others. =) Friends?

I have such a horrible habit of apologizing for myself and I don't even know why, since I'm not actually sorry. :P

I can't remember what I was on the Kinsey scale, but I know that I was pretty much in the middle. I just can't stand labeling it anymore, since it seems to be a pretty fluid thing, y'know? I included the bisexual thing so that people wouldn't friend me only to freak out later over me being bisexual, though. > u>; A few of my characters are pretty much like that too, liking what they like and not giving a second thought to it.
